I think you just told me why mine was doing that on a cold start. Looks like I'm changing all my glow plugs. Lol great video. Thank you

Has anyone tried a grid heater retrofit on a 6.5 that you know of? I've found that system to start more reliably and cold idle smoother on other diesels.
