The Presidential Advisor special operations Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has committed himself to the development and search for talents across the country especially among the youth.
Gen Muhoozi who has been in Arua City to officiate over at the climax of a two weeks sports Galla in West Nile says that now that he is free, it is a good moment for him to meet his dream.
