I used to hate the idea of airsoft, I was, to confess, the kind of person that would say "why don't they just buy a real gun". Then, a friend dragged my ass along to an airsoft game that was woodland style, to be honest, I had a shit day, I had no idea what I was doing, I didn't know how the guns worked, I tripped and fell real bad, and I didn't really know any airsoft etiquette. But on the same day, I was shocked and surprised to see that the airsoft community is one of the most most welcoming and one of the most team positive there is. They fixed my gun, taught me the ropes, and one big guy even slung my arm over his shoulder so he could walk me back to base with my broken ankle, whilst still shooting at the enemy players with his sidearm. Now I'm 17 and ive been playing airsoft for a full year.

This is what aitsoft is all about! Having fun and do cool stuff like in the movies or games and such. A lot of people take it too seriously and see it as a sport but if you see it more like a "real life first person shooter game" it will be al lot more fun!

Imagine this on a larger scale, with a bigger location and more players. There would obviously be varying weapons hidden throughout the field, from cheap-plastic/broken springers to high-quality AEGs. If it were well coordinated, I can only imagine how much fun it would be to participate in.

If at 1:05 he forgot to switch the safety off during an airsoft game, I don't understand how people can claim they'll be able to switch off the safety off a gun while fearing for their life.

Love the idea of this game mode and the "curveball" added to it. I hope anyone playing this game type knows basic gun functions on different models because I could see that leading to some funny kills. You come up to someone fumbling with a gun they don't know how to use and BANG!

You guys should have back packs at spawn and each book bag will have a spring pistol and a few bbs and then when time is done every one rush for a book bag and then go find secret book bags around the field that might contain gbb, extra bbs, possibly a pdw like mp7,mp9, mac,etc(but make pdw really rare but not impossible to find)

do this again, but this time use a large forest area. Make a cornucopia of a couple pistols (yes I know the good weapons should be in the middle but if they were whoever got there first could just spray and pray) and spread the good weapons near the outer edge. to eliminate a super long game time just make the field of play smaller every minute, eventually bringing it down to a blood bath in the center. just a thought.

Good Thinking of this game mode looks like a lot of fun might have my kids play this with me sometimes soon
