Minh Nguyễn basically performance enhancing drugs are drugs that some athletes take which do something to your body (idk the science) and this help people to do something like run faster. The joke is that performance reducing drugs make your performance worse and the guy was joking about how Peeta was THAT bad. ^^ hope thats not too confusing XD

I love how the joke about Katniss's first name is arguably less embarrassing than the real, canon explanation for it, which is that her parents named her after a type of root vegetable.

I think that actually makes sense though. Like as embarrassing as that backstory is, I feel like a district where people are constantly going hungry would think naming their kid after a plant that could stave off starvation if you’re lucky enough foraging is actually pretty honorable.

@@artyomxiii It's a joke the reporter was making. Katnis seems to be a strong and powerful warrior whose performance was incredible, but for Peter was not that incredible compared to Katnis. That's why they were asked if Katniss used PED, and if Peter uses PRD. Hope this helps however late it is.
