After last week's energy I was hesitant about the messages for this week, praying it was not more of the same. But it kind of is. My guides used the words hunker down which I think explains the energy as good as possible.
There is no need for action, but there is a huge need for presence. Stay with it. Be in it. Feel your way through which doesn't mean action. Instead just be with it. Know it. Understand it. And then if needed take action mostly through embodiment.
