Thank you so much, this is super informative. I had no clue the value of stats gained from traits was taken into account when leveling up. Following your logic though, I don't get why Ricochet would go back up to tier 2 at lvl 16-20 when you're not gonna be farming as much and it's not quite useful on a boss ?
Thank you Tony! I think you are correct. I believe the voice over even says "Any skill you only need one or two of moves down, assuming you already have the limit." One thing that unfortunately affected the list was a self-imposed constraint of keeping the list to 3 skills per tier, and only one tier of 6 skills. It probably belongs in T3 at 16 to 20. As new strategies emerge or other gameplay modes are released I do plan on re-releasing an updated version of the video and will be able to adjust it then. The list isn't perfect. But that was one of the goals of the video - not set things in stone, but let you the player, know enough about each skill to make your own decisions, or even your own tier list. Hey awesome video, thanks to this I've been able to basically solo 3 more lvls on dragon. I'm curious though with characters like gray wolf or Ancient One. Where would you prioritize the extra tornados or improved tentacles? Would you take them over damage 1-10 or would you go straight damage and hope for those other buffs later? Would you rank those higher than attack speed early or later on?
Hi Sean! Thanks for the comment! I would prioritize extra tornados, those are essentially "multishot" for Gray Wolf. Improved tentacles I wouldn't prioritize over other perks. But if I was given Improved tentacles (3 damage and duration) vs Damage Up (5 damage), I'd take improved. Same answer for 1-10 vs later. Storm Maker (more tornadoes) should always be prioritized. Improved tentacles only up to 10 and only if it's offered with something like HP. Storm Maker gets complicated since there's actually a problem if you have too much attack speed and not enough Storm Maker (multishot / more tornadoes). I won't bore you with the very specific details that would be an unlikely scenario, but suffice it to say, you want Storm Makers whenever offered! I hope that helps!

Hi Aron! So for the most part they are the same. Damage reduction is now 10% instead of 5 damage, so it's much more useful now, especially in the other dungeons after dragon. Also the priority changes a bit when you get really good gear (like maze). So this video, while still very beneficial to early players, isn't quite as accurate as it should be for experienced players. Someday I'll make a new version to reflect the updates. So much content to do so little time!
It sure does! That's why a "measly" 15 damage in gear can become 91 extra damage at level 20. It all adds up in a really big way. Gear makes such a big difference for this very reason. Hope that helps!
It's fine as long as you can survive. Killing faster to level up isn't a bad thing. But mutant turtle is the only hunter I would use a reflect strategy on until maze and later dungeons.

I usually use mutant turtle in dragon dungeon.I can say mutant is bad for kraken.I dont know is it good for maze, but i think its bad for mazes.Anyways, thank you!
Turtle is great for yeti and maze especially! Even kraken is doable, but you'd have to know how to use him and it might not be consistent. I haven't tried him in older gear.
Indeed they do. Unless the hunter has a very specific perk that you should bring instead, all hunters should have damage or demon pact as a default perk for this reason.

Tier List. Tier List is a term gamers came up with to help rank characters, gear, skills, whatever else they need to rank. This video ranks the skills so that you have a good idea of which ones to pick and which to skip. Hope that helps!
You can use a rotation app. For android I used "Rotation", but you can also do it using developer options, but it's a lot more complicated. No clue how to do it on Apple.
