Ok, this machine is freaking awesome. But I have a question, and that is why do you(and all other manufacturers of these machines)only demo new tires and wheels? I would love to see some tire wheel assemblies that have been mounted for a long time to see what the demount head would do to the bead. Anyway, as always, Hunter has the most modern and innovative stuff out there. I am still waiting for you to design the machine that also balances the tire after it changes them over. I know your working on it!
"Thanks Danny! The hands-off automatic inflation will operate up to 40psi. There is a manual override that will go up to 60psi. To use it you push a button on the far corner of the screen. This means you don't need to be standing over the tire. We limit the maximum inflation pressure to 60psi like virtually all tire changers. The tires that take more are best inflated in a safety cage."
Unbelievably cool...maybe next year the human with his hands behind his hips will be replaced by a robot...taking all chances of a blunders out of the equation! Watched this changer at SEMA for an extended time waiting for "the mistake" to happen. It never did. They had three of these machines running simultaneously with different assemblies and users. Never skipped a beat! I'm not easily impressed but this thing is awesome!!! I was really impressed. Funny how the other tire manufactures at SEMA didn't demo their tire changers...uhmmm! I wonder why???
Ok, I was maybe a little skeptical, but when they threw that 19.5 on there, I got all kinds of silly happy about it... The bead blaster that looks like a vacuum head attachment, that is just freakin' cool! One concern I would have is about the worlds coolest feature, it looks like you set your target air pressure and it just inflates it to that level, what about beads that want to seat really hard, for example, aluminum Toyota wheels, or the 225 Pontiac wheels? You will sometimes have to push those to nearly 80 psi before they seat up.

Ref: fully automatic tire changer As i work & Develop Robotic's, this is not even close to be fully automatic tyre changer, if it would be then the "dude" have to be removed and machine must done by it self everything by it self, then it will become "fully automatic tire changer" , simple as that.

Our shop has this machine...its broke down all the time!!! Trouble with it since new. It's slow, and you can't do any large truck tires on it. ( no clearance between the table and the roller arms. And forget about reverse mount wheels because it would take forever to set it up.
Mike, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Revolution tire changer. Large truck tires can be serviced on this tire changer with an optional adaptor kit. We encourage you to contact your Hunter service representative when any issues arise. You can get in touch with your local Hunter rep at www.hunter.com/contact-hunter. Thank you for your feedback.
I like the equipment but is too expensive compared to hofman and corgi. hunter need to be flexible on financing terms and regulation for people with bad credit but have reliable business.
Przecież zanim ta maszyna wymieni jedną oponę, ja zdążę przełożyć 4 opony jak ładnie odchodzą haha badziewie według mnie w fabrykach może znajdzie zastosowanie ;d
yeah thats what we need a $40,000 tire machine so my tech can stand there and do NOTHING . make a robot to demount the tires and load them and I'll fire all my techs !
No, you idiot, your techs will be more productive because they will do more advanced work such as diagnostics, instead of waisting their valuable time mounting a tire.
I'm sitting here watching this and can not for the life of me figure out how a tire shop that uses this machine managed to scar the inside and face of my brand new wheels with this machine???? manager said over and over, but we use the revolution!!!! I think someone at the tire shop needs to get fired and replace my wheel.
I really wish I was born a few decades back the future does not look good autonomous forklift, vehicles, car manufacturers using autonomous machinery to build car killing jobs
It is all about people. Todays people do not want to work anymore. They just want to salary tick on their accounts for rotating on a chair in the office. So here comes the automatization.
