Hunter - Season 3, Episode 21 - Hot Pursuit, Part 2 - Full Episode 

Nice to know that Dee Dee will make a full recovery from her injuries. ❤

It was one of the best and realistic episode of the series. Fred Dryer looks like a real cop and his acting abilities are perfect. The chemistry between he and Stephanie Kramer was adorable. Very good job and the new drama series can not reach to the level of this classics that were done during 80's. Still woth to see it!..

Fantastic two parter. As I said in the previous episode the Clay/Huggins writing team has been TREMENDOUS! Some of the dialog in this episode is super realistic. Just watch that scene where Hunter calls Devane. That was a very realistic and well played scene by Fred Dryer there. I thought Stepfanie Kramer did a pretty good job directing this episode, not as many flourishes as Dryer did with his directorial work but this was solid stuff. The story was quite complex yet very understandable. I was shocked to see Hunter ask for Mike Snow to help him out there. Terrific lawyering by Snow and he intimidated the assistant DA to the point that she dropped the charges! Louise Hemmings very nearly got away with that murder plot if only she hadn't gotten too greedy.

6:01 I don't usually say anything about this, but you can always tell when they switch to a stunt double. They don't even really try to hide it. Back in the 80's, I guess everyone's TVs were so crappy and small that you couldn't really tell anyway, right? Anyway, that was a great car for the past several episodes. He was about due for a new one. Let's see what he gets now. Hopefully we're not back to the questionable jalopies.

Firstly I live this show . But at 45 minutes mcall is massaging hunters back after just vo,ING out if paralyses and an operation ?.. 😂😂 sureee

7:12 And how well they handled the car question!!! It sounds REALLY nice!!! But no way is Hunter going for the Misty Mint, right? He wants the GREEN!!! Just like his old car. In fact, I bet that green car they showed is the same one he's been driving (obviously they had a double to trash in the previous episode). I was surprised that Joe agreed to drop the engine in the other car. I assumed they were probably different makes or models or something, but evidently not. We only saw a bit of the front end of the new one, so who knows? It's TV, though, right? So it doesn't matter. They can not move the universe and act like they did, right?

Is Vicky Lake the same one as Kari Lake? - They are both criminals from Phoenix anyways.

They left out a few items, like who shot the hookers and who shot at Dee Dee? and who was the guy that was shoting at Hunter, and Hunter shot dead?

So Stepfanie directed this one, eh??? 8:42 Notice how fabulous her makeup looks even when she's paralyzed in the hospital. That's another crock of TV production. She has license to look terrible. There should not be makeup just because she's on a TV show!! I mean, if they can have junk on the bottom of Hunter's shoe, she can not have any makeup on, all in the name of realism. I mean I get that people probably help a woman look nice while she's in the hospital, but COME ON!!! Not this pro makeup job!!!! Sorry, I got on a bit of a rant there.

15:29 Okay, nice little detail hereuh! Notice how the lights switched off in a different order than the previous time. Then, the porch light turns off, then the living room lights, then the bedroom lights. Seems like the guy was hitting the sack, right? So Hunter leaves. (13:18 Here's the first time) Well, THIS time, the bedroom lights went off, THEN the living room lights. Notice too that the porch light stays on. Hunter started up his car to leave, not realizing the dude was getting ready to go somewhere. Great production detail, though, making the order of the lights consistent with the reality of someone about to leave the house. Notice how Hunter even turns off his engine again until the guys pulls out, then starts up again to follow him. I guess it's possible the guy might notice a running car across the street when he comes out? I'm not sure of the point of that. Anyway, if you think about it, it's possible with Hunter camped out sitting in his car across the street for two days that the guy might actually notice that, right?

19:19 Okay, is this a slipup in set design? There's a map of Texas and Mexico on the wall, yet they are supposed to be south of California, right? Hmmmmmmmm... On top of that, Hunter is pretty ballsy here. How does he know the cops aren't on the take (as they famously are down there, right?) and that he's about to be clobbered and stuck in some hole in the ground asking questions about this house????? 19:52 Okay, you can already tell something is up. He pauses at the mention of Kirkland. I bet Kirkland takes pretty good care of this guy. I guess I should quit commenting every couple of minutes or I'll never get to bed tonight!! EWWWWWW! ICK!!!!!

15:03 Now, this may be another foley error, but it's something most people probably never thought about or even cared, but this is ME! I specialize in noticing and thinking and caring about things most people don't give a damn about. Now, when I was a teen back in the 80's, I used to have a lot of phun on the phones, if you know what I mean. It seems to me that if you called somebody and they ultimately hung up on you, you could hang on the line and if they picked the phone right up again, you'd still be there. The reverse was not true. If you call someone and YOU hang up first, they will get an immediate dial tone because the call was set up from your end. So, there is an error here. When Charlie hung up, Hunter should not get a dial tone immediately. It should hang for at least several (if not MANY) seconds before the switching equipment realizes the other end disconnected and THEN give him a dial tone, if not one of those loud blaring shriek sounds that happen when you have the phone off the hook for too long without making a call. These quirks of the long distance system were how blue boxing and other tricks were possible. Of course even the sound pros in TV production didn't usually know THAT much about how it all worked, so they were always making little mistakes like this. Anyway, back in the 80's I was making crank calls to people and that was one of the coolest aspects of it... you could call someone and if they hung up on you, you could wait and see if they picked it up again. It would drive them nuts because there was no way to get rid of you short of waiting for about a minute! And in that time you might even hang up and call them back again! Oh, the joys of a misspent youth!

EVERY TIME -1. The duo is apart for most of the show, it is a BORING FLOP....2. McCall centeric episodes also are boring. Together on cases are the only stories worth watching.

I watched Hot Pursuit parts 1 and 2 when some lady cop 👮‍♀️ and her informant were shot by some perpetrator and she was taken to the hospital 🏥 but her informant didn’t survive and it was a silencer that did this and her partner had to take over her investigation until she recovers from the bullet wound back of her neck and some informant by some phone booth who knew a guy who offer him a favor and some cop 👮‍♂️ had to go see him to get some information ℹ️ about a lady who had a profile is at a massage parlor and she told him everything and had to go ask other people around LA and another body was found that turned out to murder and I also realize he had to go see his partner who was shot and paralyzed with a silencer in the hospital 🏥 to find out how she was doing and continued the investigation that some guy with the RVs and I also realize it was his wife who lied 🤥 about her identity and location and shot her husband in his mansion and set up some cop 👮‍♂️ and he got arrested for homicide he didn’t commit and it was really some lady who planned everything and at the airport she got arrested for everything she planned was wrong and she knows her husband’s death wasn’t a suicide and I don’t think 🤔 her husband’s death wasn’t accidental and some cop 👮‍♂️ had to go to the hospital 🏥 and see his partner and told her everything that some lady who planned everything and great 😊 times I have with this episode and I’d give it a great 😊 rating.👍🇺🇸
