Hi, guys. I'm just gonna ramble about some stuff I didn't mention in the video here.
First of all, the soundtrack playing in the background is from Command and Conquer: Renegade.
Here's the spec I used. It's weird, but the three key talents - Pathfinding, Scatter Shot, and Improved Feign Death - are all extremely helpful for ensuring your survival.

Now then, this farm is great. You can get a bunch of items that vendor for 7g, and there are books and chests that can spawn. Books may be absolute trash or incredibly valuable - hundreds of gold valuable, in fact. Chests always drop a green, usually 51+, which is BoE and can be disenchanted into valuable materials. They also drop an herb, and those add up fairly quickly. Potions and extra food and water drop off the tribute chest, and the potions can be sold for quite a lot of profit.
That said, if you want to optimize your money-making potential for this farm, you will need engineering - an awesome profession for hunters regardless - and enchanting - which can allow you to profit more from very cheap blues and especially the BoP green that always drops off the tribute chest.
Bear in mind that Goblin Land Mines level up with your engineering, so don't try and drop one at level 200 engineering. It'll be, like, level 40 or something and all the bugs will come to kill you.
If you don't have the key to Dire Maul North and can't get in the front door, simply kill yourself nearby and walk back from the graveyard. I use the Crystal of Zin-Malor for this.
My friend Wins was in here because he was trying to see if he could get close enough to the king to be able to roll on the loot that drops. He didn't succeed. You can bring a rogue, hunter, or druid in here, but a non-stealth class is simply not an option. Just make sure you CC the doomguards, because they Banish people if there's more than one person engaging them.
Server restarts can lock the doors and despawn the tribute chest and the king's body. Loot stuff fast.
My fastest king kill with this sub-par gear was 5:36. This is my fastest run so far, at 18:59. See the stopwatch in the bottom right corner for time. The king can be expected to take between five and six minutes with pre-raid BiS, if you kite him well.
Watch for any mistakes I make during the fight with the king - see if you can figure out where I could possibly improve, and then learn from my mistakes before you make them, yourself.
While getting to the king may be roughly the same on other servers, remember that NPC pathing can vary, and this can affect the king or dog kites. You may need to adjust your strategy accordingly. Some servers, like Crestfall, even make this farm impossible due to how stupidly lucrative it is, but the Maraudon farm is still a thing.
It is possible to split the king off from Cho'rush using a feign trick, but that's supposedly bannable, at least on Kronos. Don't do it. It's also possible to kite around the dogs, but I prefer to be safe, so I kill them.
You can run up the ramp while Slip'kik is nearby it. Simply wait for him to pass behind the ramp, heading towards the warlocks, and that is the perfect time to get over there and up the ramp.
The dogs have True Sight. Stealth doesn't work on them, so avoid at all costs while running a stealth class through here.
Lemme know if there's something I forgot, and I'll throw it in the description. Good luck and have fun on your DM N farm! :)
