I'm doing quite well, repairs are coming along nicely, I'm getting a lot of footage, but unfortunately I still can't make videos. All my high spec'd computers that I used for editing were destroyed. But I'll get there 😎 I'm almost up to painting all downstairs as well as my deck. I was going to do an updated post at some point. Might actually do that now seeing I have a little time up my sleeve.
Thanks bud. Well in the movies they just had wooden dowels sticking out as the stunt sabers. Those wooden tubes were heavily coated in reflective material in order to appear fluorescent. They then used special filters in post-production to increase that effect even more. They then used a method called rotoscoping to add the light flares and colors. But yes, these days you can buy them with like a perspex tube filled with LED's. People actually dual with them . They look really cool. I was thinking of doing that to mine one day. And yeah wait till you see how I've started restoring it. Can't wait to release that video 😃
