Hunting Giant Spanish Ibex 

In this episode of Nick's Wild Ride, Nick heads to Spain to hunt Gredos Ibex, which is the largest sub species of Ibex in Spain. Killing an Ibex requires miles of hiking in rugged mountains, a little bit of luck, and a healthy dose of patience. Luckily for Nick, his patience paid off and he was able to kill a giant Ibex on this hunt.
Spain offers great hunting and is known for having great food. While on this trip, Nick hangs out with a Spaniard that cures sausage by hanging it from the ceiling of his house. This episode is a must see.
