@Cali_Collector75 the reason of this are thieves! At my local walmart this is a huge problem, blisters open everywhere, they even steal the supras from the fast and furious dioramas, until now they haven't put the die cast under lock and hopefully they never do!
From what I've seen and heard, Target is closing down its' stores too. I believe the die cast hobby is a hobby that's on its' way out due to shoplifting.
Awesome hunting Cali!! It’s a sad world we live in when stores have to lock everything up behind glass like that!! Hey that wasn’t a bad little haul though. Have a awesome day and keep on keeping on my friend 🔥🔥✌️✌️
Dang that’s wild I’ve never saw Diecast behind glass before and wouldn’t even let u hold on to em must really bad about steeling there awesome hunt though bro 👍🤘🤘👊
I just got into 1/64 scale die cast, I mostly build 1/25 scale model cars, but started doing a few of the 1/64 scale hot wheels and having a blast doing them, I don't collect to collect, but buy them to take apart and redo them, I've been watching your videos for a while now of you on the hunt for em, it helps me see what's new in die cast and what's out there to buy, glad I found your channel , just subbed ya ! I enjoy your videos, thanks
"Walmart Employee Takes My Hot Wheels," *as they do* in stores where the product is behind security glass. I'm feeling spoiled on the East Coast, so far the WMs don't have any of that business, yet. Wouldn't put up with that deal for a hot minute Kinda slim for new mainlines, but _Good Gets_ on the Silver Logo stuff
@@Cali_Collector75 lmk check that price they go to the restroom oh hey son I have three Chevy trucks with gold rims and bumpers are you interested yes mom get them for me that's why we true diecast collectors can't never find something good anywhere Conflict of Interest 😕 Crazy Cali just Crazy!!
G case is depleted at this stage, like I don’t see them restocking any of these stores, yet I see YT videos of guys finding STH’s at these stores. Must be they’re the only ones in the area? Always seems like a cash grab when the store opens or they have hookups.
Awesome hunt, but the glass is a bummer. I don't feel like I would ask for an employee to open. It seems like they would lose a lot of sales. Awesome video, like 144, thanks for sharing!
Crazy that they have to lock everything up now and won't even let you carry the items to the register. Times are sad right now. I wish I had all my Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars from when I was a kid.
Hot Wheels pullbacks have a Porsche 914 treasure hunt. You may want to look more in them. I'm not sure what channel told me it's a pullback Hot Wheels treasure hunt car.
Man what a pain in the ass process. So if you really want something, you have to flag an employee (which there are hardly any) have them open the case, pick what you want, the employee holds them hostage and has to take them to customer service for you to pay? That would be a major deal breaker for me. I hope it never gets that way around here. I do encounter a lot of aftermath of theft with empty blister packs laying on the shelves so it's only a matter of time.
Bro I can't believe the hot wheels r behind glass in GA we have hot wheels in the open to look at without employees not worth it to be treated like a criminal 😭
