Skill specs is great, he has bigger balls than anyone in the game. People usually run away from noobs who have better gear, but what does Jay do? He fucking runs in and is ready to take the biggest guys with crazy gear with no fear. Why does he do it? Because he is fucking awesome. He does not care who you are. All he sees is another whale head on the wall.
