We take a large male Coatimundi in a dry river bottom towards the end of our January 2024 Arizona archery hunt. These elusive mammals are rarely seen in Arizona let alone taken with a bow.
I live in northeast Florida and I patrol a property that is basically wilderness reclaiming an industrial site. I saw what I think is one of these. I wonder if they are an invasive species? Wiki said they don’t live in Florida.
