I'm not surprised at that 88 yard shot,... I have an Umarex Octane in .22 & I shocked a couple of guys at the range with standard Crosman hollow points going straight through both sides of half gallon plastic milk containers full of water :)

What were your scope camera set-ups. But looked good and compact. Looking to record some hints myself

Nothing to do with this video... But I thought I would let you know...I had a day off from work and was able to get in and do some tender loving care to my Umarex MP40... And she's running pretty smooth now. Once upon a Time you could PM somebody...I don't know if I lost that capability because I got rid of my desktop computer...but now I have to do everything through my phone and it really really sucks. I'm also an idiot when it comes to this technology... And I really don't care about it because I'm 50 years old. This was the only way to get in touch with you and let you know things are a okay! Congratulations on your rabbits in the pot...I'm going to do a little bit of hunting on Monday. The jackrabbits here in Tennessee... Specifically Chattanooga... They come out at dusk to graze....and you can actually walk up to them within 10 ft and they won't run away. If you try to get any closer they back away but they don't run away. It's almost like shooting fish in a barrel. I set up 25 yards away.... And just wait for them to come out of the tree line to graze. it's funny to me that hunting and shooting here in the deep South is so much different from your neck of the woods. I've been out west before... And all I can say brother is you guys have a dry heat... And a lot of wind. Here in the swampy South... It's the humidity that kills you in the summertime. And it totally wreaks havoc on your gun as far as Rust goes.. and it messes with your optics. It's best to leave your rifle outside for 30 minutes to an hour to let it acclimate to the conditions. Everything sweats your rifle and your scope. The air is so thick and wet here... If I zero my scope for 50 yards in the fall... When it's cooler...in the summer I have a 4 mil. Drop at a hundred yards. Windage is another story all on its own. The wind does blow here occasionally and usually it's in big gust s.... And you can time for that... But you still have a bunch of trees and hills and stuff that makes the wind unpredictable. Sometimes It kind of swirls in a circle. Out West where you are it's all flat and scrub brush.... I hope I can make it out one day to your neck of the woods and shoot in a competition.... Or just go hunting because that's really what I'm all about. I just wish we had more going on here on the Eastern seaboard. I know there's stuff here but it's not like it is out West.

Interesting music. That band came as close as humanly possible to blatantly advertising that they were ripping off "Whole Lotta Love"...lol...Better to just stick with the airgunning, the natural sounds and human conversation. Who ever decided that vids like this need a hard rock soundtrack??? I love that genre, played it in bar-bands for years, but when I want to watch air-gun hunting vids, it is TOTALLY unnecessary. (Besides, you'll scare the wabbits...) Then when you guys are out in the brush, you have the camera aimed at you, and trying to keep to a dramatic whisper about how many rabbits you've seen, and the stupid music is going up and down in the background...what a waste. It's a shame...your vids basically have some good content, but your own subjective bias about the need for (and the choice of) the music blinds you to how intrusive it really is, and shows your lack of respect for your intended audience. Rather than think "Well, folks come here for air-gunning stuff, NOT hard rock,"... You think that your viewers are SOOOOOO GULLIBLE and easily swayed that you say "Well, let's stick some unnecessary hard-rock music on here and then everyone will think that it is all SOOOOO Exciting!!..." Hate to break it to ya, guys, but that's not...NOT!!!!...how it works! So, all in all, the way you put it together makes me realize I'll have to stick to the more serious, adult-oriented hunting channels, meaning no teeny-bopper rock, lots of tech info and the explanations to go along with it, on everything from the rifle, to the pellets, the weather, the air temp/humidity, prey-species, etc., all of which shows actual respect for the intelligence of the viewers AND keeps things interesting , like Matt in SA, and Ted's Holdover, and a few others. They actually try to make the VIDS interesting, instead of stiucking some hard-rock music over top of a basically boring vid. So, best of luck to you, keep playing your Led Zep ripoff soundtracks while you are engaging in a sport that OSTENSIBLY relies on quiet stalking and careful bodily (you!) placement... You don't need me, that's for sure. I'm actually interested in the SPORT, not your strange and artificial packaging of it.
