Crying won't solve your problems, you have to fight for your rights. If you get divorce, all the properties will be divided equally between you and your husband and that's the law because that's a conjugal properties whether your husband is the one who acquire it and the law shall prevail. Hire a good lawyer and there's an evidence that your husband is having an affair with his secretary.
