In this video, we take you through the journey of devastation and renewal at John’s Pass. After the destructive force of Hurricane Helene, which left the area in shambles, today marks a significant milestone as we unveil the newly constructed dock! Watch as we revisit the wreckage left behind by the storm, from shattered docks to debris-filled waters, and then witness the incredible transformation. Despite the destruction, our team pulled together to rebuild this essential part of John’s Pass, and today, we proudly show off the new dock. It’s a symbol of hope, resilience, and the community’s determination to restore what was lost. Tune in to see the contrast between the chaos of yesterday and the progress we’ve made today!

New sub to your channel. Thank u for your coverage. I am a 52 year Florida native having spent 20 years on St Pete beach dong cabanas and parasail. I now own a home in South Pasadena, FL w/ many friends still on beach. South Pasadena, Fl also took a big hit from Helene surge. Spent the day helping fiends and neighbors gut their houses due to 4ft surge. I appreciate your resilience and positive attitude. Your doing a great job restoring your business on beautiful John Pass. Your a good seed! Prayers to all Floridians and SE effected by Hurricane Helene.

Ill promise you I'm on one of the first boats out. So glad it's being rebuilt as fast as it is. A little late to the party, but do we need clean up volunteers? I'll shovel that sand all day if it means my fishing trip comes sooner lol

Looks delicious but y’all forgot your greens!!!!!! I’m serious, that’s not good!!! More than fruits, greens are the MOSt important component of the diet that should compose MOST of it. Greens/veggies are anti inflammatory, full of nutrients you need to remain strong!!!

Your construction techniques explain why the previous docks were trashed by Helene. Please hire an engineer. Your efforts should be applauded, but they won't last. Slow IS fast.

No point in sinking a lot of money because it could happen again and again. I think they are doing the best they can with not much money to work with.🙏

@@paulgostkowski3960 They're a business, they have to get SOMETHING down in order to start running their charters again. once things have started getting back to normal then sure they could hire a professional, but at this stage they need to get the basics covered so they can start making money again.
