The supplies are in place. The problem is access after torrential flooding. The area is low where the hurricane is scheduled to land and the St.John's River flows north. So the whole length of Florida will see coastal and interior flooding as tributaries flow into the St.John's from south to north with the predicted rains.
Dear Lord, I ask for protection for these dear people in the wake of hurricane and all the innocent animals and older people and children who can’t help themselves, in Jesus’s name!
@@CabsAndEthel Alone oh wow a shame I do not live there I would've kept you company.I think that you will be ok.Looks like 80 mph winds inland not sure where you live
@ELUSIVE "can be" ??? so it's not 100% then? It's a lottery. Nice god you have. And if you choose "the right person", what's your proof? You don't have one because no one have a proof of that.
@ELUSIVE do florida's evangelical white supremacist insurrectionist traitors know jesus is comin' and he ain't happy with the recent abuse of legal asylum seekers ?
As a very young kid, also living right where the eye wall is going to be at for some time. I am worried for my saftey and hope that everyone in Florida stays safe.
It's dangerous but when it's over the community always comes together and works through it. You will get older and see more of these storms. Just keep in mind that each time it happens people get better at rebuilding, and they learn smart lessons.
As a person who has rode out several major Hurricanes in my life time if you are near path of center of storm I highly recommend getting out of the way these storms are nothing like cat 1 or 2 storms they spawn many tornadoes and the number of trees that will come down will ruin power for weeks or longer and when the sun returns and burns off rain it will be miserable humid and hot with every wild animal looking for refuge not a place for the elderly or children especially please take heed
Thank You! I was in Houma right after Ida ...and now that I'm living in South Florida I'm feeling like this is a part ii. Always the ones with the "I" :/
@@fittyleben7571 I mean, why does it matter that it requires you to comment? You sound like a hypocrite, pretty selfish of ya self feeling you deserved and needed to comment that. and again nothing really matters at all
Watching from the Sierras and thinking about my Aunt in Tampa and my mother in law near Orlando and all of the rest of you folks who I don't know. Stay safe, Florida!
Sadly contrary to the Governor's emergency declaration Medicare contracted prescription companies are not okaying early presciption refills for Florida seniors. This is an ongoing problem for seniors even when there is no emergency like during a hurricane. Eyedrops for glaucoma is especially fraught with grief for seniors. This refusal by insurance companies to fill prescriprions early needs to be addressed. It's not like seniors are dope addicts. And they are stressed enough without having to fight pharmacies and insurance companies.
Watching from Sacramento, CA. We get the fires and no rain here. However, a few days ago we went through something the news called storm. It was more like spotted rain. Praying for Florida and my entire family there.
Thank you to everyone who is praying for us🥰 Im praying for everyone That are getting affected now we are supposed to get hit tomorrow night so we have everything we are hunkered down and just praying at this point That the storm passes quickly🥰❤️🙏🏻 God-bless
I'm in Jacksonville Florida with my daughter and four grandchildren. It comforts my soul to read the positive comments concerning our safety here in all of Florida. 🙏☀️
It’s not too far from the truth. I had a friend who when I lived in Florida he was from New York and he said let’s go to the beach and check out the effects of the storm is the hurricane is going by …!!! hope he is still there & he goes to Bradenton beach for this one too!
🤣 Nah. That's a Cat 3. Once it's a Cat 4, we know the hurricane parties are officially over. Lol! That's when everyone scrambles to buy supplies and actually board up. 🤣🙏🏽
As someone who has had a second home there since 1988 I am sending out prayers for all my North Port friends and neighbours and to all the good people of Florida. May you all come safely home🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
you're "sending out prayers"? wow, now i don't have to do or think about anything, you're imaginary god will send it somewhere else to kill them... thanks.
The impact with tampa it’s going to be with category 1 for those don’t understand well… and orlando going to have a tropical storm…my english is so bad but I hope everyone stay safe especially in fort myer area 🙏
On the bright side, she won’t stay a 4 while on land. She’s quickly drop to a 1. However, I lived through Sandy and she was a 1 when she hit me. Category 1 hurricanes can still kill. Don’t take them lightly.
Prayers to everyone in Florida. Hoping everyone is prepared and if not, I hope everyone evacuated for all of y’all’s safety. Praying everyone’s safety and hoping it will diminished
My dad is in Florida for his work send prayers to him, please. We hope for the best for everyone. Luckily he leaves tomorrow at 4pm their time. I hope for the best.
I live in Kansas. Good bless you all. How difficult is it to completely evacuate your household? I can’t comprehend it?? Where do you go? What if you don’t have money or a car?
Man this thing is gone be baaaaaaad. Last week when they first started predicting the storm they had it coming straight thru where I live (a/e Alabama 80 or so miles from PCB) and it got me extremely nervous bc I knew it had the potential to be a big major hurricane. Even tho it’s not comin here I still am nervous for y’all in the effected areas. My prayers are with y’all. Those who stayed man I hope y’all are safe. We have welcomed alooot of people here in Dothan, and will be there after this beast blows thru. Good luck and may God be with y’all!!
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." -John 3:16 God gave us his only son Jesus Christ who Lived a sinless Life then died on the cross to endure our punishment, he rose again on the 3rd day and is currently seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. We have all sinned against the Perfect and Holy God that gave us Life, we all deserve the Punishment of Hell for our sin/rebellion against him. We have all Broken the Moral Law in our Hearts, even if you don't believe in Jesus, or have never heard of him or the Law of Moses or the Bible, you are still sinful and on your way to Hell. But the GOOD News is that Jesus Christ took our sin upon himself by being Crucified and shed his Blood as payment for our Sins. He took our Punishment and gave us his reward of Eternal Life in Heaven Jesus is returning to Judge the world soon my Friends Please Repent and believe in his sacrifice and Love for you, believe in him as your Lord and Saviour, and you shall be saved. May God Bless you all!
You move there you know the risks. Plus the overdevelopment destroyed protective buffers and mangroves. Just hope the manatees will be ok. They starved because Floridians couldn't fix their sewers.
I love Florida 25 years ago. You can have that crap. When I was 10 my family moved us there. It was OK…it’s beautiful but I’m a redhead so I was always getting burned skin…not really my favorite place now that I’ve been out west since 1997.
These guys don't know anything. Just a big guess, and a pat on the back w hen it's over. But they swear that there's a climate crisis and we are all going to parish .
Why do weather channels NEVER show the entire track of the hurricane? They only show doppler radar images of the last couple hours and then ONLY show prior tracking simulations.
Anything over a day is can change by up to 300 miles or more although forecasts are better ,exactly pinpointing is several years to decades away too many variables some are really becoming predictable others are still being learned and studied
Is this guy for real he said it is going easterly it is going south east is on the other side of where it is hitting on the west coast or did I miss understand what he was saying?
Why do ppl still live there? When will they learn? And why can you still even ensure a house there? The cost should be so high that ppl moved away. Problem solved :) Plenty of space in Nebraska.
I wish architects in Hurricaine prone areas would build houses stop a platform on strong concrete stilts. The lower level beneath the platform could have removable walls that would be taken away before a storm surge hits. Pray for Florida.
Why is the hurricane on your map so much larger than the one on my live radar data? Why are commercial planes still flying through the areas you claim are in the some of the worst parts of the storm?
possibly as a tropical storm...they alway blow these hurricanes out of proportion..New Orleans is by design a very vulnerable place..Florida on the other hand is very resilient
