Hurricane Milton is heading towards Florida, but it is already spawning tornadoes ahead of landfall. Fox 4's Dylan Federico has the latest on the expected timeline.
50 little spin up tornadoes is one thing. Florida is used to those. They do little damage. These are huge supercell tornadoes and can damage and kill. Please pray for these folks.
This is such a terrible thing, it takes me back to when I had lost my house and all my properties to the October Hurricane 2020 and I almost gave you in life unto a friend introduced me a life changing situation
The Hurricane slamming into the cold front is what is causing the cold tarnadoes which makes the Hurricane more dangerous than if there wasnt a cold front there.
@@bretthong6137 Really? I've lived on the Westcoast for 45 years. Never seen or heard of a hurricane except watching them on TV Happening in Florida and the southeast.

God my son's in Tampa I pray that it doesn't hit there and he's okay I was born and raised in Tampa and we had a lot of hurricanes but nothing like this
Oh my goodness I can’t believe none of them cars got swept away into the water. I can’t even believe the policeman out there. I don’t think none of them should be out there risking their life and people driving their vehicles risking their life they can get picked up throw into the water. I can’t believe driving down that road or sitting out there. Wow that is scary.😳

im kind of in denial about this, i know its happening but, what are the chances my mate can survive this? some people have hung around, and some sources behave i'll say unhelpfully, what can people do to survive if for some reason all exits are blocked? Why couldnt people use the other side of the highway, have two outbound highways no more in, all the ins and outs, are pointing outwards. state lins organise to accept the additional traffic, direct traffic to different counties/towns/cities etc. not all in one place, and continue the flow until everyone is off the road. can people get hurt in that amount of traffic?
Survival is not hard (though not guaranteed) as long as you have a survival mindset. If your car is getting swept away, you need to act immediately and not panic. If he's not in the car yet it may be safer to stick around if there's a strong building on higher ground he can shelter in. Taking it seriously is the most important factor. The people who die are the ones who don't take it seriously. Even if you hang around later than you should, the risk of dying is still low as long as are honest with yourself and say "ok, I"m in a survival situation now" and think and act seriously. It helps to know how to swim but even if your friend can't, he can have some flotation stuff with him ahead of time. And it could be that the roads he's on aren't in danger of flooding. High winds aren't great but overall they aren't nearly as deadly as water (unless it's like a tornado or something) Almost all the deaths from Helene were from water, not wind.

I know this is not a storm to take lightly. But why is it every storm that has been happening lately is always the worst in history. Really? I am only 60 years old and I can tell you of worst storms than Milton. But no matter how big or small people need to respect the storm and get the heck out of the way of it.
your memory of storms is anidotal and not based in accurate measurement of factual information. Tell us of the worse stroms and give numbers of there winds speeds etc.
