First of all, glad you are all safe. That is the most important part. That said, I'm surprised by how entertaining you made the whole ordeal for us. I was fully expecting you guys to go radio silent for a week or two as you hunkered down and then focused on repairs in the aftermath. But both the mid-storm stream and the following podcast were great surprises, and I appreciate the work you put into them.

I turned on the hurricane stream just in time to hear "Kyle *did* evacuate, so Kyle's-" before Garrett's power went out. Spooky! I'm glad you and yours are all okay, buds. ♥

Thanks for the update and I'm glad you all are safe! I enjoyed watching your live pre-storm watching stream. I wouldn't mind watching that again if you are experiencing another storm. It's cool to see what it's like for you guys when I've never lived anywhere that compares to that kind of situation.

A bunch of us were glued to Ryan Hall's channel after you went dark, and we were watching the storm chasers, especially the one covering Bradenton and Tampa. At one point this poor guy had a residential street sign fly off its pole and land on his truck, right on top of the Starlink hub. Finders keepers, we said in chat.

1:43 - I have a wee Pom-chi who looks a lot like yours (lol I called her Dexter because it's still early here), and when she gets big feelings, she grabs her Lambchop, too. :D That made my heart all schmoopy. I'm glad all of you made it through safely. Hurricanes are no joke.

I'm from Pensacola, FL, though I'm currently living in Arizona (not willingly...). I lived in Pensacola since about 1984, I don't remember ever leaving for a hurricane. Might not be the brightest move, I suppose, but most of the locals get used to it. I do remember during Ivan we didn't have any power for quite a long time, my work airlifted two huge generators in so we could run the paper plant.
