Local surfers charge barrel after barrel in perfect conditions, created by Hurricane Teddy, the storm heads north of Barbados sending swell to the east coast of the island, creating offshore winds and epic surfing conditions at one of Kelly Slater's favorite waves... Soup Bowl... Enjoy!
