Totally agree. He seems to be a great communicator and explains difficult concepts in an easy to understand way. I'm desperately trying not to get too excited about this season.

100% agree. He also seems so far to avoid any journalists tricks. I like the fact he has quickly diffused questions about his age and lack of playing experience and shown that he is not afraid to draw on the experiences of the players etc - and at same time seems to maintain complete authority.
Am united fan but am scared of minteh because of how hungry he is to play against big clubs like united am a Gambian and I knew how people here love united and the dream of many to play in the premier League

Jury is out on how well he will do.. how can it not be... but very happy with his style, ethos and the person. Really hope it all comes good. De Zerbi was great, Potter was good, each subsequent manager has been better and better. Looking forward to this season... again.
Barco is a loan for his development, so he will play every week (hopefully). Gilmour is a tidy player, but I think we want a CM who provides more goals and assists (like O'Riley)

Timing, timing, timing. The club are spending in this window because the financial rules in place allow them to spend while the usual spenders cannot. It’s cashing in the last 3 years of profit. Also RDZ wanted more control over transfers than the club was willing to give him. That is not what the club does and so they parted ways.
