How the story ends… The arresting officer, and the perpetrator wind up getting married they raise the victims child. The mother fills the child’s head with lies of abuse and debauchery about her father. The child grows up, hating her father, becomes a cop, plants a key of coke and mannequin pornography on her father and arrest him. resulting in him being sent away for virtually the rest of his life. Moral of the story: nice guys finish last, Don’t just stand there and take it.

My ex hit me with MY car in Florida, they did the same thing, and they arrested her but with soft gloves in front of me as I was being loaded into the ambulance, released her that day on bail, and made a private court call so she did not have to wait in court, the problem was after she hit me, drove my car INTO A TREE after she jumped out, thank god it was like 10 mph, my broken leg was not what made me press charges, it was the dent in my 1971 SS Chevrolet El Camino. If I had hit her, with her car, and then driven it into a tree after jumping out, I would still be in jail. In the end, she got probation for 3 years and had to make restitution for the car repair and they scrubbed her record due to her first offence. I sued the country for the soft arrest and the lack of care about me, but it was 2001, and they gave me an apology and 10,500k, and the state of FL taxed me on it later that year as it was over 10k. I added that after my insurance deductible and the 30% I had to pay on meds and PT, the 8,750 I was left with after the taxation only covered the cost of being healed and the car repair, not the 100s I paid over the years after my insurance when up after that claim.

There is an answer, women police officers and women judges. From my own experience there were 2 times during my ordeal of made up allegations and manipulation that saved me and got me 50/50 care of my kids, when women got involved. Once was a woman judge who called her out and gave me access to my kids the other were 2 female police officers who immediately recognised her lies when tried to get an AVO against me, she had lied to male police officers multiple times. You are right though, if I had of done one tenth of what my ex did, I wouldnt have access to my kids. As you can see from this video, the men police officers (and judges) are a massive part of the problem.

We see this hypocrasi allover in western societies. We men need to stand up in solidarity. But first we need to learn to stand together as men, just like women are good at. Then we make demands, and if they are not meant, we can conclude that the other half does not intent to cooperate in equal measures and we take it all back. We gave it to them afterall.

@MrLBoyd I want to thank you for bringing it attention to this situation that all too often happens I could see the physical manifestation of anxiety and the triggered trauma you had to experience while watching this video. I am 100% in agreement with you this officer handled this beyond poorly. It’s going to take women to stand up for men because they suffering silence. We mothers, grandmothers sisters aunties must let the men in our lives. Know that this is unacceptable and that they are deserving of protection just as any One being abused does. Society has trained men to take it. Other men making fun of men who are abused so they stay silent. There are some very wicked women in our society that believe they are above the law because the law has shown them for the most part that they are. Example this video and how that officer handled it was disgusting.again, sorry you had to go through such trauma, but I’m grateful that you brought it to light.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. Societal norms skew the law in to treating male victims as if they were the perpetrator. Men in relationships are absolutely marginalized (happy wife, happy life BS) and often disregarded as victims and even discounted as a viable parent alternative (as opposed to the magical quality of "mother").

People need to keep thier hands to themselves all together. Obviously you should defend yourself when attacked, or others if they're being attacked. Outside of that though, you should always keep your hands to yourself. Just my opinion, I'm sure many disagree. To those that do, maybe put some real thought into it before you come at me trying to justify unprovoked violence.

I've seen innocent men treated the exact opposite of how she was treated, but I've also seen a few instances where the man was truly wrong and still handled with the same level of kid's gloves. Personally, I think this officer is just very adverse to confrontation, which isn't the worst quality, better than trying to Rambo every situation. However, he really needs to reconsider his word choices and the weight they carry. One can still avoid confrontation, be empathetic (to all people involved), but also allow the gravity of the situation to be fully felt. I'm glad you were able to get out and move on to truly greener pastures. We all have a past. It's how we move on that really matters.

I agree, if the situation were reversed the cop would not be nice. Also, about 20 years ago there was a million man march in Mexico where men demanded that the police start arresting women that beat on them - especially with weapons like a skillet, etc. I wish that would catch on here. Men need to stop "taking it like a man" and start demanding equal respect.

I can't remember what I was watching, but it prompted us as men to think back to our past relationships and question if there was ANY violence or abuse at all, anything that would be otherwise unacceptable the other way around, and I thought about it and every one of my relationships had something in them. Stuff I had just dismissed and never given a 2nd thought to until prompted. It's incredibly common! Or I'm somewhat unfortunate lol (Not that I hold any grudge, I'm friends with most of my ex's. @kusarigama7899

There IS a couple things with this. Certain States DO allow cameras in exam rooms if certain criteria are met such as 1) No patient information is being shown 2) No audio is recorded (such as here) 3) Is for safety 4) Much like Terms of Service people blindly sign HIPPA agreements that allow this to happen. South Park did a great episode on people blindly accepting Apple's Terms of Service.

@@Gibby34340 It would be in your favor. There have been many cases where lawyers have pointed out footage was missing and questioned, "Why is this footage missing? All the other footage is here? You have signed papers stating that you are responsible for it. It is YOUR obligation to produce it ON DEMAND. Failure to do so COULD mean negligence on your side and you have something to hide." It is no different than a police department or a store. They are responsible for producing said evidence upon request from a lawyer when going through the proper channels failure to do so is VERY bad.

So you know the drill and also used your million of priviliges a million of times, just fine. We know you women abuse your children way more than men. So I interpreted the officers behavior a little bit differently. I agree with what you said don’t get me wrong, but I just thought he was acting like that in order to keep the situation calm and in order to keep the man from freaking out. Clearly there were witnesses that were worried so I don’t see why the officer would genuinely not think the woman did anything wrong, but obviously there is a chance wrong. I just saw it from a different perspective. I know sometimes Office officers will just say what they need to say in order to get the situation to go as smoothly as possible so that’s what I thought he was doing. If the rules were reversed, he would not have said the same thing, but I also think there’s less stigma on a woman being abused a man being abused sadly. Therefore, I think he responded the way he did. At least I should say I HOPE that’s why. I hope him and his kid are OK though

I'm a 64 year old female. I believe she should've been put in cuffs! She knew what she was doing! She's crying in front of the cop for sympathy! Years ago, my husband made a fist when we were having an argument. I told him, "Oh, you wanna hit me?! Go ahead, right here!", as I pointed to my chin. "Let's see what happens!" He lowered his head and said, "No, I don't want to." After I dared him, he knew what would happen to him. He's lucky that I warned him. Who knows if he would have hit me, otherwise. Mr Boyd, I'm glad you feel so strongly about this situation. But I'm sorry that you had to go through it!

Of course thy had a child together and the mother doesn't have her forst child. Almost always like that. Cant take care of the first child so have her mom raise her child while she has another for all of us taxpayers to pay for. The LAWS are all backwards and nothing wll change
