This is such great teaching. Thank you for reposting it today. I listen to Derek Prince videos almost every day. Often multiple times a day. I have learned more from him in 2-3 years on RU-vid than in all my previous years of being saved. What a treasure to have access to this Godly and timeless resource, especially in the world today!

I was in prison in 2004. I was a drug abuse for 23yrs. I was a desperate man. Derek Prince brought me to JESUS, and my problem solved instantly. Now i'm a new creature, baptized in the Holy Spirit and serve my LORD JESUS till now in my local church of Assmbly Of God, in Mauritius. Since 2004,i listen to the teaching of my brother Prince,and every day i read his books. I have many of them by God grace. I love u all and bless u all in JESUS name.
I asked Father what my gift is and He said, “You are a helper”. Well, I said something to the effect, with a pouty face, “ I don’t want to be a servant”, then the Father leaned forward with a smile and said to me, “I’m a helper”. Immediately my countenance changed and my heart was filled with joy in my gift. 😊

Wish I had known about this preacher 20 yrs ago, I would have been a better person. Now I am 50 and have made soo many mistakes in marriage and its now failing. Only God will restore it.

The last few seconds of this sermon is most important, in my opinion. My kids apparently do not want to go to church because of the many times we, as their parents, fight on the way to church - we were not ‘walking together’: we were not in agreement. Lord, please forgive us and help us to ‘agree’. Amen

This is a wonderful teaching. Easy to understand. This is the kind of marriage I long to have, Lord willing. May God bless me with a spouse who desires to have a marriage deeply rooted in Christ.
I learnt from Derek Prince more than I heard from any preacher in my whole life. He lives it and does it, preaches for Christ unto Christ, for His glory and His Kingdom. Authority of heaven rests upon this man.

Same here! I learn more with his teachings than in 20 years of church. Churches are dead, producing luke warm christians that do not know about deliverance, about the Holy Spirit, about truly following Jesus.

No preacher nowadays can be compared to Derek's teachings...all his videos I have come across so far are just so wonderfully inspiring. Only God knows why he left so soon. He was rejected as Jesus was by the religious establishment. He has cures to our problems but many don't want the flock healed because they will be exposed. Glad you found DPM Ministries. Can't wait tell Derek how much he helped me at the end of the age. Jesus is my rock. Single but devoted to God my husband and Maker unless He chooses otherwise.

45:31 and conclusion is SO VERY TRUE and Sadly most ministries AVOID the issue, if the Family is Broken the Church is Full of broken people hurting Discouraged quit looking for the Clink in what little (armour )they have and breakout the Welding kit to shore them up. Then they may confined in about there life if they feel led to tell you anything because GOD knows so you really don't have too. Help Rebuild families relationships with young people husbands and wives or Just help someone to be a BETTER friend to reach the lost.
I wish I had a strong, beautiful marriage, that was honest and forthright. I always wanted to be a man's helper. I pray for a godly relationship. I pray I be the best mate I can be.
I don’t know how many hours of Derek Prince I have listened to. I honestly can’t think of anything that I have found to be incorrect scripturally, until possibly now. Maybe I don’t understand what he’s saying and I hope that’s the case but if he believes that a woman can preach or teach outside of her children or others children, he is very wrong on this. There are simply way too many scriptures to list out right now to back up this truth. But if anybody reads the Bible and I’m not talking about any of these new versions that make stuff up so that we all feel good, you will see that this is the truth. it was very clear and it has been from Genesis all the way through Revelation. This does not take away from the truth and spirit that he has preached and taught earlier. Derek himself has said many times that no man is perfect. I don’t expect him to be perfect. But this needs to be pointed out just the same. God bless.

The episode from Oct 2021, entitled Truly Providing For The Family, a comment was made during the discussion - "I know women work outside the home, but let's talk about what it means for the man to provide"... As a single mom, who's childs father left before her birth and has been absent since (said child is now 15), this was incredibly insulting. Men are supposed to be providers, but most men are not in this day and age. And women are most than capable of providing just as well as a man. The world as a whole needs to stop perceiving women as weak or inferior.
I am also easily fooled sadly. My wife never fully left her father and would prefer to listen to his ‘invented stories’ rather than see my sacrifices. 😢

I thank God for hearing another pastor (Dr. Joseph Webb) talk about this same subject last year! I’m currently divorcing my adulterous remarriage, but it’s not easy. I encourage everyone to take up their cross and choose the Lord over your own selfish desires. God forgive us for falling for the great deception & acceptance of adulterous remarriages. (Romans 7:3)

We live in diff states from each other, and occasionally talk on the phone, but even when I didn’t talk to him once for 4 mths, we still thought about and missed each other. We’ve been separated/divorced for about 2 years now, so it doesn’t seem to get easier with time apart. I’m writing a book about the subject, so hopefully I’ll have that completed this year. What if a couple gets married in hindu marriage but the wife is saved? Did they get married b4 god or their marriage is based on false worshipping to other fake idols?
