I like how Rhule runs a tight ship. Sometimes things are very sensitive for the people and families involved and in the short term or even long term it's none of our business. It can be difficult for a coach at a place like Nebraska because your every move someone's watching and perhaps gossip is totally wrong and you have 1 million people screaming for answers and going nuts..Mattt Rhule deserves to have good mental health and sometimes we don't need to know everything about the dirty details. I feel for coach Cooper and will miss him a lot . I trust coach Rhule always and ready to welcome John Butler as a new Husker coach and look forward in getting to know him.. GBR 🌽🏈🌽

Finally ..omg Sean being the "spokesman" for Nebraska, seams to be the last to know last years..😂 Its bad when Pete T & other channels gives us breaking news stories for us always now. Time for change Sean, travels & food cushy job has caught up.. One Nebraska reporter tried to blame viewers saying they have nothing to do besides pay attention to Nebraska football.. Really.😂

So quick idea to get our NIL up to Oregon and Ohio state level. What about a lottery. Pick the 2 best club seats for a season. Buy 3 dollar lottery tickets, not raffles, means no guaranteed winner on the drawing, and winner of the lottery gets a season of those tickets. There is almost 2 million people in Nebraska plus Nebraska fans nationwide. But if 20% bought tickets weekly that would be $1.2m a week until it’s won. All the proceeds go into the collective. I would buy a couple $3 tickets

I think last year when Rhule was explaining the single-digit jerseys, he said they are not guaranteed year over year. Looking at the weekly lists of Top Performers this summer, 4 so far, there might be changes.

Sip, a counter thought to Butler having to adjust to the new college football. In some ways I see your point, but he just spent a decade plus in the NFL. College football is a form of pro football. Free agency is the transfer portal. Soon, contracts will be signed. I think he's going to fit in and hit the ground running. I think this is a guy who really prepares and will take DC job once TW get's a HC gig.

Cooper was solid but I’d argue that we gave up so so many 3rd and longs that over the course of the season my dad and I would say “well here comes 3rd and guaranteed” and more times than not we were right. A lot of the DBs were very soft on coverage.

Let's be honest, Nebraska might be best off in the Big 10 financially, but Nebraska has never been a Big 10 team. There's really nothing about Nebraska that fits in with the rest of the Big 10. If Nebraska did not suffer financially, I think most people would put Nebraska back in the Big 12 in a heartbeat. If you look at everything else about Nebraska from culture to recruiting, we're a Big 12 team. I really hope that when conference realignment is all done, we see things getting split up into divisions again and Nebraska ends back up with a lot of the old Big 8 teams. Well, except Oklahoma. Oklahoma's too deep in Texas's pocket. The rivalry would be great to revive, but Oklahoma will never choose Nebraska over Texas.
