Great little saw with fantastic balance 😁 Slightly modified cylinder, and a muffler mod.

@@TheJonsberg mine has the base gasket delete(piston turned a couple thousands to set squish) and a little grinding and a muffler mod, fun saw in small green wood. Bummer is I cut a lot of dead wood for firewood and prefer my ported ms241 for jobs. I need to do some comparison videos.

If I remember correctly those saws came hot from the factory and would spin 14,500 rpm. Sweet little saws.🤘✌

Long time no see my friend, yes the 242 is a packet of dynamite 😀 I am still a novice when it comes to two stroke modifications, and I haven't figured out the timing bit of the equation yet, but hoping to get there soon.. Blessings

TheJønsberg I saw you've got a modded 562xp aswell. Thats a very cool saw if you ask me. Completely different than the oldschool 2xx series of saws.

@@toargames The 200 xp series is in their own league for sure, 👍 I bought my 562 competition modified: ported, muffler mod, timing, decked.. And it is still a great work saw..
