Hey, I just wanna tell you thank you so much. I really do appreciate it. I know you’re just working on your equipment, but thank you for helping me with mine. You’re awesome.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Daniel, Fantastic video and instructions. Be for I saw the video, I took the BT 150 to a Husquvana dealer in Miramar, Fl for repair. As mentioned before I had the same identical issue. The dealer required an $80.00 deposit and kept it for a week and one half when said I needed a new carberator, which was expensive or they could rebuild it for $ 240.00. I told them I would think about it and then saw your video and went to pick it up. The cost for this again was $80.00 to give me the estimate. The guy walked back to the repair area and picked it up and the ONLY they did is take the filter cover off and cover. Nothing else was done. I purchased a can of Gumout carberator cleaner for $5.57 and followed you instructions and had it running in 40 minutes. CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!
Acabo de arreglar la mia que estaba haciendo lo mismo por no haber sacado la gasolina el verano pasado. Gracias por tu video que me ayudo a reparar la mia. Un abrazo desde NJ
I've been getting those refurbished ones. The first one burned up. They sent me a new one no charge and now it's doing this same crap. I'm going to try this out and get back to yall. 👍
Hello Daniel, I have the exact same blower that I have been using at least once a week for about 3 years at home and last week it began bogging down on me as you demonstrated with that blower. I will give your method a try and I'll reply to my comment soon to let you and others know my results. Thanks!
Ive got the same blower, same problem plus I think my primer bulb has a crack in it after 12 years of use. Im gonna clean the carb and change the bulb this weekend. thanks man! mucho gusto!
Gracias Amigo, i have a redmax, same problem. I checked the spark plug, but that did not fix it. I went to other videos , but they were giving me the history of the blower. I just need to get to have to fix my issue. Thank you.
Thanks Daniel, I'm not having this issue but I know when and if I do I will follow your method. My issue right now is it's not starting right away as it once did. I probably will need to just clean the carb anyways.
No se oye bien... No se crea compa, muy buen video, gracias y me suscribo. Como dijo mi abuelito, arriba y adelante, ah no, creo que dijo otra cosa, pero no importa, siga subiendo buenos videos. .
Thank you Daniel! Jajaja. I’m going to try this. My blower starts and works for about 15-30 min and then it shuts off and will not restart. I try and try to get it started but it won’t start. Maybe it needs to cool down 100% before it will restart.
Daniel, Great video. I have the exact problem. The only thing I wished you mentioned the name of the cleaner you sprayed into the carb to clean it. I am going to the auto store and ask for a cleaner.
I had one work for 2 hours then started bogging down. Took it back to Lowe's thinking it was a fluke. Nope. 90 minutes and it started bogging down. Emailed Husqvarna and they told me to take it back and get a refund or exchange. Took the new one back and went to ACE and paid the coin for a Stihl. Guy at ACE told me to look at the serial numbers when I buy something from Lowe's. If the serial number ends in three letters starting with a B it means LOWES has contracted with that company to be made with cheaper parts to make Lowe's purchase that much cheaper. Is it true? Maybe...maybe not. But 2 hours working time and both blowers have a carburetor issue?
Thanks for the video! Just the right amount of info without going to far into it 👍. How often do you think this needs to be done? Once a year maybe? I did this last year and now have to do it again this year is this normal or do I have other issues? Also my blower only runs good when the choke is on. Any advice there? Thanks again
@@jaredrichmond5958 currently it seems to be working much better. Actually ended up doing it twice...first time I only had carb cleaner available. Second time I ended up getting brake cleaner and just making sure I got everything apart and cleaned. If it becomes a recurring thing then a new carb it is! Thank you
Hey Daniel my blower leave is hard to start I have to pull the leash at least 20 times and when it runs is all good but if I turned off is hard to start back again is it the same thing clean the carburetor??
Daniel, I followed the video however, I was not able to get mine going. When I press the throttle it shuts off. The throttle seems very stiff. Any thoughts?
Try adjusting the fuel mixture. They hide the screw behind a piece of plastic. Be sure to watch an instructional video on RU-vid. Save yourself lots of money if you are handy.
