In this video Hazel discusses the dimensions of her new Husqvarna EPIC™ 3 and how much area is required when embroidering with its largest single connecting hoop, the Regal hoop. She also shows how bot the old and new style hoops are attached to the embroidery unit. Two designs are shown in this video which will soon be available to purchase for those with 260mm wide hoops.

Thank you for your beautiful video. Also you need room on the right side to insert and remove a usb. I have an Epic 3, and love keeping the embroidery unit on, and love the tables in the front and back, they not only support my hoop during embroidery, but are great during sewing mode to provide a large surface for your project in sewing. I am going to copy you and get a similar box to keep under the front platform. Slide it in and out as needed, great idea. I already have the turntable you showed us in another video for scissors and other supplies, looks like it was made for the Epic 3. Thank you so much.

Yes I am very comfortable with the extensions in place. Glad you liked the idea of the box. I have had it a while and do not have a link to purchase it. I sat this afternoon trimming the jump stitches from the design featured in the video and removing the stitch and tear. The area gives plenty of support and good lighting for doing this.

This was fascinating! I follow Stephanie Jarvis at Chateau de LaLande in France on RU-vid. At the beginning of the holidays she purchased and began using an embroidery machine for the first time producing some lovely designs. She is accomplished making curtains, period dresses, and other things but she said it was the first time she had used an embroidery machine and was LOVING it. Is this for your personal use or also used for a small business. The designs you featured in this post are STUNNING!

Your designs are beautiful as always. I noticed you used the hoop clips for the stabilizer, did you use spray baste also on the fabric? Thanks for sharing. I have a new Epic 3 also and I’ll have to give it a go with a large design.

Yes I have began to always use the hoop clips for all the hoops that have the facility along with temporary adhesive spray. It is very satisfying to see a mega design stitch out.
