I have a Husqvarna Design epic. I am in the middle of embroidery and it will stop, and tell me to check my upper thread. I've rethreaded over a dozen times and it keeps doing the same thing. What could be wrong?

Please need help ASAP, can’t thread my HV Epic 2, says it’s too thick fabric, thread it manually but there’s NO fabric, please advise. Thanks 🙏

Hi Sara, just wondering if you ever got a response. My Epic2 does the same thing, with no material anywhere to be seen, and the presser foot stays up in the air. Thanks!
