Huss & Dalton VS Larrivee [Acoustic Guitar Shootout] 

Interesting. I'm a nut when it comes to Larrivee, and I've owned 5. However, I sold two, which I completely regret. Never do that again... I've also wanted a an H&D, as well. More than any other boutique. All the above are different guitars. Hard to truly compare. They're all exceptional. Beautiful. I give all four guitars an 11 out of 10. Thanks for the comparison. Yep a very comprehensive video, thank you. Always wanted to try a Huss & Dalton. Sounds great... Of these I prefer the Larrivee's (probably walnut Larrivee for the win though walnut I think is a fair bit drier sound than mahogany, which I think Larrivee excel at). I think the OM body shape is amazing. The notes swirl around the inside nicely and all strings are balanced. Larrivee are amazing. Can I ask, are there any dead notes on the Larrivee first 5 frets on low E string... Or frets 5-9 on A string? Sounded like there were some at 14:33. Btw I've heard this (Helmholtz resonance) on guitars costing in the tens of thousands.
