LYNWOOD - The Hustler Mafia (HM) Crips formed in 1992 in Lynwood near the Palm & Oak Gangsters neighborhood and represent the Hubb and Dubb with Compton and Watts. During the early years of HM, they beefed with 211 in Lynwood, but in recent years these conflicts have calmed down.
