Another masterpiece Tim, to be proud of for sure. I will be able to ride my mini to work as Im now living 5 mins away. Might need to go electric when the neighbours get sick of the 6am start up. Travelling to AKL from AUS for a long Easter break any chance of a shop tour. Keep it up mate, keeping the bar raised high. 👌
Hi, I'm really impressed with the minibikes you create and the manifolds you fabricate. I'm considering a career in machining, particularly in the airforce, and I'd love to hear about your educational background and journey to becoming a skilled welder and fabricator, as I have no clue on what I am going to do after school. Any advice or insights you could share would be greatly appreciated as I navigate my own path in this field.
I did an apprenticeship in Machining and Toolmaking. If you search the RU-vid video “reinventing the minibike” by the channel Small Bike Stuff you will learn a lot about my background. Good luck.
Lookin good man! I woyld suggest adding bearings with structure further put on the axle. Anything other than cruising will bend the axle with that much span. Unfortunately i know the hard way.
You're in NZ? where do the frames come from? I can't find anything worth getting, only LITTLE kid size frames, and nothing that could handle my 212cc Lifan (EX Repco water blaster) that has over $500 worth of shipping costs added to the parts list... and 16hp. I gave up, looking for a frame, shoved the Go-kart under the house and brought a "real Bike" in Disgust at the lack of worthy mini bike frames in NZ.
wow beautiful work mate i would love to own that ! wish i could afford it how much ? that green is just sweet also is that a rotary motor how many cc- HP ? I am new to your channel and i love it thanks
