Sir abhi winter season ara hai ek ahu ka actuator working nehin kar raha hai manually chal raha hai kya me VFD se frequency kam karke chilled water outline valve ko 50% ya 60% close karke chala sakta hoon aur ek baat sir ek OT me kya frequency kam kar sakte hai..
What is reson jab supply line ka damper 100% open karrahe h to motor high amp lekar trip hojaraha h aur jab damper 50% open karrahe h to motor ka normal apm araha h every mechanical equipment are ok

ji apki frequency 50 hi rahegi frequency kam karne ke liye ya jyada karne ke liye VFD best hai ...chahe jo bhi electric part ho ...ha agar apke ahu me DPT laga hai jo...( differential pressure transducer ) apke duct ke pressure me set point diya jata hai ...maan lijiye 100 Pascal air pressure set hai...to jaise hi 100. achive hoga waise hi DPT vfd ko commond dega Aor uski frequency 50 se down ho jayegi .... apka bahoot sukriya ..ki apne support kiya ki vidio lambi jaane do 🙏

aor bhi ahu hote hai ...water apka waha se out ho jayega..aor agar waha bhi actuator off raha to ...sabse ooper line me ek by pass line hoti hai ...jo temperature maintan hone par open ho jati hai ...to water waha se out ho jata hai ..👉 cooling coil pe koi farak nahi padta ...dost 👍....but good question your

Kam capecity ka ahu laga sakte hai ham koi problem nahi hai 300 se 500 ton ke beech tak ..bas baat ye aati hai ki agar ham chiller ke hisab se ahu kam lagaye to hamara chiller under load ho jayega aor trip bhi ho jayega ...aor agar jyada laga diye to over load ho jayega
ji ha ....qki kuch cool karne ke liye kuch air to chaiyye na ...jo return air duct se ayegi ..agar aap return duct ko off kar denge to wo air kaha se lega .😋 aor cool kise karega ..... cooling hogi hi nhi ...aor apka ahu trip ho jayega damper off hone ki vajah se 👍

ahu inlet water temperature.. 7 to 9 digri celcius ahu out let temperature 11 to 13 digri celcius inlet water pressure minimum 2.9 kg outlet pressure....2.7 kg yaad rahe ki pressure kam ya jyada bhi ho sakta hai ...agar ahu hight pe ya ground floor pe hai to pressure kam ya jyada ho sakta haii👍

Running condition me 👉Agar apka ahu 1st floor ya ground floor pe hoga to uska pressure 3 kg se 5 kg ke beech me hoga ... Lekin jaise jaise ahu ki hight badhegi waise waise apke ahu ka pressure bhi kam hota jayega ...
