Vin ,mate Keep your chin up us old soldiers are never over till the flag comes down, I'm 64 October joined the army at 16 had diagnosed with massive vascular disease then had prostate cancer 8 years ago thought it was cured , that's come back, had a massive stroke 6 years ago, I thought that was it ,over and out but I fought that bugger physiotherapy daily for near on a year, thend I could see I was getting myself back from the brink, bearing in mind at the time I couldn't walk or talk , then a heart attack then a small stroke , they near on wrote me off .Vin I'm still here walking and talking and still shooting, it's a state of mind Vin, never give up and definitely keep the channel going, we all need you , 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Vin, I always thought you deserved more subscribers based on your content and integrity. Prayers and best wishes for you mate. I hope that it all turns out alright for you.
Nice shooting, Vinny. What an excellent idea using Trebor mints as a target and environmentally friendly into the bargain. I suppose the next challenge should be at 25 yards, shooting the middle out of Polo mints! 😂 Another great video, I've really enjoyed every single one. Good luck in the future Vin and try and stay positive. 👌👍
I’m extremely saddened to hear your news, and sincerely hope that things pick up for you, both medically and personally. I’m a new subscriber to your channel, but will miss it dearly if you’re unable to continue with it. All my very best wishes to you, Steve.
Oh mate, Vin, Come on man you've got this. A man like you doesn't get knocked down 9 times without getting back up 10 times. You are going to get through this and even when you move onto 'Pastures New' they will be exactly that Pastures New. Every cloud has a Silver lining and everything is subject to change. Please keep sharing your shooting knowledge and skills with the rest of us. You are a inspiration to so many other shooters out there. We are all having life a little rough these days and as time ticks on we expect, somehow, that life would present us with fewer problems but sadly that's never really the case is it? Like I said in the beginning 'Vin, Come on man you've got this' You have loads of us out there wishing you all the very best on all fronts.
Enjoyed the video, Vin! And all your videos since I subbed. Rotten luck you have to move out of your shop. I hope and pray for your healing on the medical issue. Know that you are not alone. All of us, who are your subscribers, are behind you! I know I'm a ocean away, but I'm here if you need me. ScottUSA
Good evening Vin, deffo' going to put a very nice Centrepin reel in the post for you - half a pint of maggots & a tin of sweetcorn can set the world to rights, well maybe a bit!! I'm assuming the address you put in the WULF box, is good to send it to ? 🎣🎣🎣
Be strong Vin. You never know, the cloud may well have a silver lining. Whatever, this too shall pass Love your gutsy outlook and your passion for shooting. God bless you man.
oooo i will take that challenge 👍 keep it up mate as long as you can and you have the time of course think it’s a good bit of therapy making a video or 2 . plus the content is cracking mate fingers crossed for you my friend . i might even use polo mints 😱😱😱😱
Hi Vin, Sorry to hear about all your issues. If you lived near me i would help you all i can. Even finding a small workshop. I have several health issues also but just try to keep going and focus on the positives. Life is a struggle win or lose. Keep your chin up pal and hang on to the positives.
Vin, you have been an inspiration to me. I have been learning to shoot an HW77, and your videos have taught me lots. Thank you. I hope it all works out well for you.K K

Keep the good work, along with your chin up Vin. It must be an incredibly challenging time, however you've not lost you honesty and integrity. Keep going as long as you can...and them some more......Stay Strong Steve
Sorry to hear your having a difficult time Vin I’m sure everything will work out fine in the end. I can’t bring myself to shoot the mints as they taste to good 😂 may I put forward an alternative, sugar cubes a little smaller and stable on a flat surface. I look forward to your videos as I’m sure many people do to. If you’re passing kings Lynn and you fancy shooting a couple of different targets just let me know. Kindest regards Carl
Keep your chin up mate stay strong, the best thing about you tube are genuine knowledgeable people like you vin stay positive and keep the videos coming!
Wishing you all the best and hope the quacks can sort you out mate, sorry the person you mentioned has let you down, you know who your friends are when the shit hits the fan. Roger out.
Nice to see a video Vin. I would say keep your chin up but that's very hard at times and doesn't always help due to the level of personal and health problems. Nice to see videos as thought we'd lost you last week
God bless you Vin, I mean that sincerely..a hard watch for me brought back a lot of parallels.. best thing I can say is that all those skills you've developed to be able to make a shot are transferable to help you manage other aspects of your life..take care now and honestly look after yourself 👍
I try to look at life like its a party, if the party isn't so good the time drags ! If the party has been a good one it goes by quickly ! I enjoy the videos , stay safe cheers for now 😊
Life is tough when everything seems to be against you. Doors close and others open all the time, hopefully the right ones open for you. Great shooting, and keep shooting to put a smile on your face. You could try blowing candles out as a challenge!!
great fun. Take one day at a time. I had a bleed in the brain in 2007 but i fought back. Im just coming up to 72 and each day is just another challenge.
Hi Vince! I'm glad to see you my friend. I was getting worried when i was waiting for the live chat. Nice with a challenge 😁 Those mints are not available where i live but i'll find an alternative in that size. What is the diameter in centimeters? Will be maybe 10 paper targets in that size. Cheers!
@@westhighlandtraditionalarcher Many thanks buddy 👍 I'v shot two times 5 shots on official 10 meters air rifle paper targets with my HW77. If i measure the from the one millimeter bullseye i would have nailed 9 of 10 mints on 30 meters. The first shot i terribly pulled and missed the "mint" by two millimeters but i do not start over to fool you guys....A pic. from the targets i send to Vin by mail and maybe he will add them on the community if he agree with the way how i've done. Maybe he will disqualify me 😆 It's just for fun and we have nothing to prove and just be honest but i know i have problems with the slightest performing stress factor when i comes to shooting 😅😅😅 Cheers Mate!
@@rapalaron6348 no problem at all, I tried the challenge yesterday evening, it was a fun little video to make, the only problem I had was getting the mints to stay upright in the breeze, but it was enjoyable. Happy shooting, Steve 👍
@@westhighlandtraditionalarcher 😁👍No problem with the wind but i missed the vaporizing part 🤣 Only vaporized pellet particles that came back through the paper target from behind. My 77 has 12+ fp-lbs
Hello Vin buddy, just checking in fella, hope all is ok with you pal. I mentioned a while ago I’d let my 95 go and I’d been regretting it ever since. Anyhow today I’ve gone and got myself another and I definitely won’t be selling this one! Just to say I’m thinking of you buddy and if you ever need an ear you can contact me on my email buddy. Take care and I hope all is well.
