Hwy 78 Thick Walled Rock Rings/Circles Part 3 Site 3 

Site 3:
This site might be considered a complex. It has a circular ring two layers high, is in pristine condition and approximately 7’ in diameter. Because of its pristine condition there is an excellent possibility that someone, or group has restored it. There is also a chance of the ring being historic.
There are several other rock configurations close by that appear to be legitimate which may give the main rock ring more credibility.
