Hi Mike, thanks for the clip. I have a question though, wouldn’t you manage this patient as he is symptomatic? Yes he has Mobitz 1 and it’s not usually treated, but what about the symptoms? Not sure if i can discharge the patient with symptomatic arrhythmia without management?

Apparently even treating symptomatic Mobitz I is debatable

Hi thanks for the video! Just a quick q - I'm from the UK so not sure if guidelines are different here- but because the patient has symptomatic Mobitz 1 why would you not treat with a pacemaker/external pacing? If asymptomatic I understand that no treatment is necessary but just wanted to ask for any clarification
