Imo, they're probably doing this TO get kicked out and join Min Hee Jin. They've grown very attached to her, which isn't healthy at all, I agree. But no one can change the truth. They're not leaving the group ig due to the penalty. Min Hee Jin has been in the industry for a long time, she also worked in SM, so she'll have connections which can get them back at the top. Let's hope that they'll atleast succeed after redebuting if this happens.

Those are Min Hee Jin words. They are not suffering physically and materialistic. Now, with Min Hee Jin and their parents, they are unsure of their future. Min Hee Jin is manipulating these girls and the parents. The parents are not blind to what's going but they also want the money train to continue. The girls don't have that power to demand anyone.

I don't think JYP would take them. JYP is friends with Bang, the CEO of hype. And JYP would probably need to negotiate with MHJ how to manage the group under JYP but have MHJ the director, cuz JYP does not work like that. The best option is probably MHJ running a new company on her own.
