Nayoung apparently admitted that she was unsure about her future in a girl group and could see herself wanting to go solo at some point. She said she felt that she might be taking away a spot from a girl who really wants it. If she hadn’t said that, I guarantee she would have made the debut lineup.

The votes only count for the top two, and naeyoung told judges she wanted to be solo so I feel thats why she was cut, and Celeste they been wanted to get rid of her but she was in two winning groups.
