Hey dude, I am only a few seconds in, and I love your energy, and I love the illustrations. The sound quality really bothers me though. I recommend a good, but inexpensive microphone. I personally use the Blue Snowball. I also recommend some inexpensive sound barriers on your wall. And finally, there is free software out there for sound editing. I think that with those changes, you will go very very far! Even with just a few seconds, I can see that you are a man with a talent to teach!
Dear Gregory , thanks for the kind words....thanks for your suggestion. Could you please share the Amazon links @ arpanparichha1994@gmail.com. It would be really helpful. Thanks again. Lots of love from India 🇮🇳

Yes i am sure. Polyclonal antibodies (PAbs) are a mixture of antibodies that are secreted by different B cell lineages. These antibodies are actually a collection of immunoglobulin molecules that react against a specific antigen, each identifying a different epitope on an antigen.

its basically somatic cell hybridisation right? But there is AN IMPORTANT THING that cell lines produced from Somatic Cell Hybridisation results in random deletions of chromosome so how are the fused cell capable of forming Monoclonal Antibodies seperated from other cell lines?? i.e., containing chromosome for making Antibody??
The cell line has that mutation. Myeloma cells do not secrete any antibody themselves and lack the hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HGPRT) gene, making them sensitive to a medium containing hypoxanthine-aminopterin-thymidine (HAT

Great explaination, can u please answer my question- why the myeloma which are cancerous cells do not cause cancer after hybridisation. What’s the science behind this
@@animatedbiologywitharpan ohhh and what about after bring hybridized with the antibody producing cells.. When patients are given these cells..... Aren't they harmful... The cancer cells?
@@sarahhello27 Finally a great question! Critically thinking! We are essentially here to learn how monoclonal antibodies are produced. Good to know, we’re only learning how they are produced in a cell culture, not human lol
It was a part of my presentation and after some research I got to know that the myeloma cells are genetically altered in two ways so they aren't harmful
@@sarahhello27 how are the genetically altered? By editing chromosomes? Funny how the whole process of hybridoma technology as well as this presentation, only render CGI images
Incorrect explanation for polyclonal antibodies. There are no antibodies recognizing multiple epitopes. There is a mixture of antibodies recognizing different epitopes and this mixture is called polyclonal antibodies.
@@animatedbiologywitharpan sir I have followed it but can't find that specific presentation plz can you upload it on Google Drive and comment the link 🙏
