The screen in the video has a screen panel made of wedgewire with defined spaces between the wedgewire. The spaces allow water to pass thru - where the water is collected in the bottom of the screen cabinet and it is piped away. The solids left on the wedgewire make their way down the angled screen panel and fall off. The screen is not self-cleaning, however; if a self-cleaning screen is desired - see the Rotoshear or Rotostrainer.
