Thanks for the feedback dear. If more sound is coming:- the check oil level and oil contamination. Also check pump allignment with motor is ok or not.

Sir hydraulic power pack ki moter heat ho rahi hai. Aur button push karne par chalti nahi hai. Moter ki fan me haath se thoda force Dene ke baad chalti hai. Qya problem ho sakti hai. Please suggest sir.

Dear. Ho sakta hn motor bearing jaam ho rhi hn ya fir lubrication bilkul dry ho gya hn jis karan motor heated ho gai hn aur hath se force dena pd rha hn.

My one cylinder pressure is not decreasing from one particular pressure but in our hydraulic Valves are increasing and decreasing the pressure in the hydraulic system. I already changed all Valves related to that cylinder.

Dear, To increase the Speed of Hy. Press we need to increase the displacement of fluid this can be done by increasing the size of Pipe & fitting Or by using higher Pressure Pump.

Thanks for the feedback dear, Agar power pack load pr trip maar rha hn to phale pressure setting check kijiye ki apko system ko kitna pressure chahiye and second check motor relay current setting.

Dear apke DCV ke plunger mai koi problem ho sakti hn ek bar pure valve ko dismental karke plunger ko ache se diesel se clean karna and then try.

Other reason May be apke hydraulic oil mai kafi contamination ho sakte hn isliye dcv getting stuck, so first clear or replace the hyd oil.

Yes dear plunger means spool only. Might be oil mai jyada contamination ke karan spool ke outer surface pr thoda defect aa gya hoga isliye spool bhi tight jaa rha hn.
