I have lived in hyderabad. you guys speak only telugu or hindi. Hyderabad is a metropolitan city. Bangalore is cosmopolitan we have many laugnages spoken here
follow the light hindi is national language and well spoken in hyd.. Bangalore people are weak in hindi. They don't understand if I speak hindi or urdu there.. English is also widely spoken in hyd.. and u know in hyd everyone knows telugu but they pretend like they don't know telugu ... Panjabi, marathi,gujarathi,rajasthani,bihar, Utter pradesh,west bengal and so many cultures exists in hyd...It's cosmopolitan city definitely.. May be hyd has less kannada malayalam people but remaining all over the states people are living here...

There is nothing scary about Hyderabad... two major religious cultures along with several other small religions and cultures live in together unlike any other city in India. It is best known for few of the following reasons which other cities may have too... 1. Language...The main language as per state is Telugu, though one can find urdu and hindi being spoken next to Telugu, so anybody from any part of India can understand it; The only difference is the Hindi here is quite different due to mix of urdu in it which is sweet. Enter the new city and you can get very decent amount of people speaking English too. So language is never a problem in Hyderabad. 2. Location wise... Hyderabad is not completely into the southern India nor completely into northern India, which makes it favourable place for people of different cultures to reside here with ease. Reaching Hyderabad is very easy with these modes of transport such as air transport, rail transport and road transport. The only mode that is not available to Hyderabad is mode of water-based transport. 3. Weather wise... Hyderabad had a decent weather with tropical climate at max around 43's and min around 15 although which is now altered by +/- max 5 degrees due to increasing pollution but better compared to other cities where either of the other two points would become a problem even for new comer. 4. Warm and welcoming culture...Let it be new or the old city, people here have a welcoming attitude however busy they are making us feel little used to during our new arrival to Hyderabad. With their warm culture one would easily mix up into the city culture and adapt his life to this city's life without a hitch. What people from fast paced culture would notice here is that this city gives a lot of time and space by not forcing the person and instead learn on his/her own. In other words the people from fast paced culture will definitely find it slow and the plus point for them is that they can easily adapt to this without them even noticing difference. With love to Hyderabad... If I missed anything else do add up positively in comments...
you forgot one important thing my friend the food.. on one side you would get the biryanis, the haleems ,the faludas and other authentic Irani dishes and on the other side you get the upma dosas, masala dosas, puris, idlys chaapal pulusu( fish dish from andhra) and other authentic Telugu and South Indian dishes...

I’m a Hyderabadi. Recently visited Delhi and was shocked at the infrastructure of our Nation ‘s capital A feeling of pride swept over me belonging to Hyderabad ! It’s such a beautiful city full of beautiful and helpful people that are so friendly and helpful always and not to mention the incomparable Hyderabadi biryani ! I use a lot of ‘maa ki Kirkiri ‘ 😁😁 ( out of frustration). This is one more common slang of Hyderabadi’s which you dnt cover .

The best city to live in the world is non other then Hyderabad.. if u wann really feel by meeting some locals in old city area like purani haweli... or mehdipatnam... etc.. but make sure they are hyderabadi... not migrantts from other districts or cities...hyderabadis are basically loving and trusting every one and helping any one for no reason..city of nawab also call city of friendly heart...
