1. Focus on specific areas e.g. Kollur, Tellapur, Mokila, Kokapet etc.

Hyderabad real state market is 50 years ahead of any andhra city. Hyderabad is gods gifted city in terms of weather/ centralised connectivity to other city’s/ cosmopolitan culture/ rest comes the IT and Pharmaceutical hub… Bangalore highway will be fastest organic growth sector compared to any other west Hyderabad. Specially Airport near Areas like Kothur till shadnagar will boom In triple digits in next 10 years…. Andra pradesh Amravaty will also grow but its tortoise growth compared to cheeta growth of Hyderabad. Real competition for Hyderabad is with Bangalore and Mumbai.

All AP people, will come back to Hyderabad within 2 years, as the prices of lands in and around amaravati increased 3 Times after cbn is in power... So Hyderabad prices is abnormal butjits just 10 to 20% more than actual prices..But the land rates in amaravati is already abnormal... With no employment project.... Hyderabad has 10lakh software employees and 20lakhs depending on the software sector.... Once neopolis completes another 1 to 2 lakh employees will be added.... Revanth reddy is making more statements to boost the RE... Congratulations to AP... But be realistic.... Dont get emotional that way u guys did in 2014🎉

One thing to consider is most of the developers are from Andhra and Andhra politicians...common Andhra citizens may have sentiment for thier region but politicians are not the same they are much interested in profits. Few developers and thier relatives around my region bhanur, mokhila, kokapet and shankarpally are now elected as MP and MLA from TDP Y do u think Rayalseema is under developed even though most CMs are from Rayalseema...politicians don't care about people sentiment only profits.

Yes...and also most developers who invested in hyderabad are also from Andhra. Sentiment in 2014 is more stronger than today...and building a new capital from scratch will take 10-15 years And uncertainty if Amravati will be permanent capital or not...what will happen if Jagan comes back in 2029

@@ARAVIND-bm4dp yes CBN is capable of it..But my point is most politicians and Andhra builders own more than 50% business in hyderabad Like Aparna, Jayabheri, janapriya constructions are related Andhra politicians they won't take losses for sake of Andhra people sentiment...they won't invest hugely in AP right away...It will take 10-15 years for Amaravati to grow organically Unless CBN gets huge funds and special status from center budget will not be sufficient for development and welfare schemes.

No that's not true and as you think it's that not easy to compete with hyderabad to build ah city like hyderabad even for ah central govt it takes 25 to 30 years . Moreover amaravathi is ah child and child should grow for growing child should take nutrients and food you know how much it costs 8 lakh core + for 24000 acers of capital venture . Amaravathi is preast like ah gated comunity . To build normally it takes at least 4 years to complete 2 towers and 30 buildings apartments .

First all US IT Consultancies which are owned by Vijayawada people will be moving to Vijayawada/Amarvati out of there love. This would be starting and stepping stone. Most of the builders in Hyd are from andhra. They will start doing business there from now. Next 5 years, Realestate in hyderabad will go at snail pace.

Amaravathi also needs to be developed. Roads and infrastructure also needs to be developed in AP. We from Hyderabad regularly visit Andhra for pilgrim places, tourist etc. and sincerely wish it should be developed well. Hope CBN gets a good deal from NDA to develop the state
