@@yogeshyogi-is4bh firstly,15 minutes on high flame you have to keep biryani and then remove it from the stove and keep a heavy tava or pan and then place your biryani on dum and keep it for 40-45 minutes depending the quantity of your biryani,keep it on very low flame
