Sir, I am great fan of yours. I tried the dish or rather did as directed. Two observation: 1) Since marination was hardly for any minutes, chicken was not cooked that soft after we opened the pot. 2) The pan bottom layer was of rice but it got stuck to pan and slightly roasted. This is my observation.
Sir i Marinate the Chicken for 1/2 hrs and make the Biryani in Brass utensils, and we cook the chicken 70% on medium flame and then start the process for biryani it tastes good, Make sure chicken full weight shall be 750/850gms so it's taste good and it's cook well Try the Chicken Vicken brand Chicken
