@@sayedomer.14 Devuda...don't generalize like that. I said Muslim Weddings...I've been to middle class muslim and rich muslim weddings, there's a difference. There will be a difference when it comes to which class they belong to no matter the religion. Between, I'm a Hyderabadi, I'm Christian and I'm married, we've served the guests in a similar set-up at my wedding and my 2 siblings weddings. We have a middle class circle and a rich circle as well. So yeah, if I'm not a Hyderabadi, I would believe you and have half cooked information. Hence, please don't generalize!!

Most positive side I see is They serve in a way wastage can be minimal. Everyone can follow this rather than buffet. Guests are also at ease sitting than standing food is served by quantity and can be taken back.
I love have more ice cream desserts I use to go there since 5 years whenever I was sick my mom would take me to this place and get me slice of there tasty vanilla and a nice red cheeri on it yum
