Haleem is a one pot recipe made with mutton, broken Wheat and Mix lentils (dals) it is sticky meaty mixture of blended spices , first meat and broken Wheat and dals are cooked separately then it's mixed and cook for 40 to 45 minutes so that all the flavours merge into one another a perfect blend of meat dal wheat and spices a must try recipe
Ingredients
Wheat Dalya 250 gm
Mix Dal 250 gm
(Masoor dal, Moong dal,mash dal, tur dal)
Rice handful
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Mutton 1 kg
Oil 2 cups
Onion 3
Eilachi 2
Cloves 4
Badi Eilachi 1
Kabab Chini 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Shah Zeera 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 1 inch
Zeera 1 TSP
Green chillies paste 1 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Red chilli powder 2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as taste
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Cashew Nuts 50 gm
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Lime as taste
