the mutton will remain juicy though we fry it … frying is compulsory after 2nd marination - it ofcourse make difference in taste - just place the fried mutton pieces on surface of mandi while giving dam as shown in video - which will make it juicy

Thanks a lot Moiz Bhai, as usual your recepies are the best. Only thing I would request you to do is to change the oil that you use, don't use sunflower oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, etc. these are all artificially made oils and not natural which is very harmful to health and ruins your entire dish. Best is to fry in sesame oil, mustard oil, Ghee as these are safe oils to use. Thank you again for sharing this amazing recepie ☺
Bhai can u please clear one more doubt for rice how much water should we take? 1kg rice so 1 lt water, aap bole chawal ke hisab se , I didn't get that point. Please help me by clearing this doubt
