I have tried many recipes but taste hasn't got any little closer to biriyani in Cafe Bahar Basheerbhag, Hyderabad. I really liked it very much What is their secret? Does this procedure gives same taste?
Walaikum Assalam..Thanks for watching...behen sorry for late reply....for 1kg biriyani following are the ingredients youghurt 250grms, garam masala powder 1 1/2 tbsp, big size lemon 1, onion medium size 4, kotmeer podina ek muthi lena, green chilli 3tbsp, oil and ghee mix them both 250grms, yellow food color less then 1/2tsp in half cup of milk, rice 1 kg or even you can take 1 1/2 kg, salt as per taste.
Ellaichi pwdr 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Haldi 1 tsp Zafran colour 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Red chilli pdr 2tbsp Garam masala 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 medium onions 1/2 cup curd ( yogurt) Salt as per taste Fried onions 4 medium size Coriander leaves 1 cup 1 cup mint leaves Ghee half cup and oil 1 cup 2 kg rice
