Ingredients :-
Oil 80ml
Salan ki mirchi / Badi Mirchi / Green Chili / 400gram
Cumin ¼ Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 3 pinch
Curry leaves 8-10
Tamarind 1 hand full / 50gram
Water 4 cups
Ginger garlics paste 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste with 5 garlic and 5 green Chili
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
roasted and grinded Coconut powder 6 Teaspoon
roasted and grinded peanut powder 3 teaspoon
roasted and grinded sesame seeds powder 8 teaspoon
salt 2 teaspoon
Fried onion 1 piece or 50gram
Dry cumin and dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Homemade gramasala powder ¼ Teaspoon
Lemon juice half lemon
